All prices are in US$ unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs charged are for shipments within the United States only. We are sorry our boxes are to big to ship overseas, the UPS costs would be too high.

How to pay for a Custom toy box ? 

I accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover through a secure service called PayPal), and personal checks. If you want to pay by personal check please fill out the order form and mail check to noted address. We will start building the toy chest but we will not personalize it until the check clears.

How are transactions handled?

Basically, by email or phone.  Since we are not a big company like Amazon, we don't have an order page, a shopping cart or any of that sophisticated online purchasing stuff you may be used to. Soon I will, but one thing at a time! 
After you decide what you want, send me an email. We?ll total up your order including shipping, and mutually decide on a color, theme and finish of your custom toy chest. Afterwards you can pay using one of the above methods.

Before shipping your order

I will send you numerous pictures of the final product. You can at this point make any suggestions and modifications before shipping the product out.

Return Policy: 


If for any reason you need to return you custom toy chest) follow these instructions for a refund of the purchase price. 

*    The toy box may may only be returned within 14 days of receipt.

*    The toy box  has to be in it's original condition.

*    The box cannot be returned if it smells of smoke.

*    When mailing back insure the  toy chest  for it's retail  value.

*   Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

*    Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Secured online credit card transactions are available through Paypal. Shipping costs are standard of $40 in the United States.
